Welcome to the great game of Fantasee Football.

Fantasee Football is only available at participating Galaxy II locations. You may play once per week at any Fantasee Football location. The Fantasee Football game is based on picking the winners of Sunday's Football games, without any point spreads. There are a changing number of games on Sundays. Some weeks there are 15, other weeks 14 or 13. If that week there are 15 games, give the team you think has the best chance of winning 15 points, the next team you pick 14 points, etc., until you get to 1. Put the number next to the team you pick to win. Fill in the tie breaker box with the total, combined offensive yards for the "Tie Breaker" game when prompted.

The weekly $1000 cash payout is as follows:

• 1^st - $500
• 2^nd - $300
• 3^rd - $200

You must be at least 21 to play and be eligible to win. Enter your REAL, legal name and the LAST 4 digits of your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER when prompted! All valid, weekly entries must be received by the posted deadline to be considered. Judge's decision is final.

Players entering more than once each week at the same location will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be invalidated, i.e. initials, nicknames, first names only, missing last 4 digits of SSN, etc...
